Caviar Classic from the Siberian sturgeon (Acipenser Baerii) is produced with only 3.7% sea salt. The Siberian sturgeon, also called Baeri, originates in the Siberian rivers and lakes.

The sturgeon grains have a magical taste and thanks to the silky texture, they literally melt in your mouth.

  • PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

    Caviar is made with a traditional Russian recipe (malossol). Made by the best Russian professional masters who moved to Greece.

    The classic caviar tradition is caviar of the Siberian sturgen. Different in color palette (from black and dark gray to golden tones) with exquisite taste and texture. Cultivated under perfect conditions in Greece, without preservatives or additives (except a little salt). The eggs give a delicate taste of fresh hazelnut. Size of eggs around 2.8 mm.

  • BORAX

    If longer storage is required, we also add borax (E285) 0.3%

     

    Borax (also called disodium tetraborate) is a form of salt used in caviar production worldwide. It is used for the canning process, improves the texture and enhances the taste.
