Cultivated in Greece. The sturgeon can weigh from 20 kg to 180 kg and can live up to 50 years, and it takes up to 12 years before the Caviar is ready and processed! _Cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_The eggs give a delicate taste of fresh hazelnut. The size of the eggs is around 2.8 mm.
