How can I know if my order has been processed?

Shortly after the order has been sent to svenskstör.se  you should receive a confirmation email from us. If you have not received a confirmation email, first look in your spam folder and otherwise contact us (state name, phone, email and date when ordering) and we will try to help you as soon as possible.
Contact our customer service via info@svenskstor.se  before you place a new order.

How long does it take until I receive my order?

All orders are shipped within 48 hours of ordering or according to the selected delivery date at check-out.

How is my order packed?

We pack all orders in thermo-packaging with gel pads that keep food at the right temperature for up to 48 hours.

How long does it take for my return to be processed?

Return and right of withdrawal do not apply to the caviar. As soon as we have received your return for products that are not classified as food, we verify your return and refund the amount for the item. Keep in mind that it may take 2 to 3 business days for you to see the amount in your account. Goods inspection and return process can take up to 2 weeks.

What should I think about after receiving my order?

Be sure to receive your order in person, open the thermo-packaging immediately upon receipt and place the caviar in the refrigerator. We do not take responsibility for missed deliveries that are not received directly or end up with a postal agent.

To which countries does svenskstör.se deliver?

Right now we only deliver to countries within the EU.
