All our caviar comes from our farms in Greece. In our production, we attach great importance to breeding Sturgeon without negatively affecting the environment. The story of our success rests on three pillars: Our fish farm in Greece is part of the unique nature. Our farmed sturgeons grow up in Mountain flowing waters under optimal natural conditions, creating a naturally unique flavor profile for our caviar. Careful monitoring of cultivation parameters ensures the highest quality for each grain of our caviar. A unique aspect of our business is our direct distribution. We do not have unnecessary intermediaries to offer competitive prices without compromising on quality. Our caviar is produced by experienced caviar Masters with over 20 years of experience in sturgeon farming. To comply with international regulations and ensure responsible management of Sturgeon products, we are registered with CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora) in Sweden. It allows us to manage and distribute our products in accordance with international standards. Our caviar is produced within the EU, meets uniform legal requirements for food and international certification according to ISO: 22,000 Our most ambitious direction for the future involves active participation in the program of artificial restoration of Baltic/Atlantic sturgeons (Acipenser oxyrhinchus). We work to conserve and increase the number of wild sturgeon in the Baltic Sea, which underlines our commitment to protect and restore the sturgeon population to its natural habitat.
